This hotel in the city center of Birmingham truly exceeded my expectations. the location was superb, right next to the bull ring shopping center, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and exploring the city. Secondly, the staff were exceptional, providing friendly and attentive service throughout our stay. Lastly, the rooms on the 6th and 7th floors were spotlessly clean and boasted a beautiful view of the city. The comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep, and we loved that breakfast, including a vegetarian option, was included in our rate.

All was in order and met our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is in a great location - in the pedestrian area and right by the train station that made it easy for us to access transportation. Moreover, most of the attractions were within walking distance. We were impressed with the cleanliness and hotel facilities, and the breakfast was fantastic. The noise from adjacent rooms was quite disruptive and the response time from reception when I tried to contact them about the issue was disappointing. It seemed like there may not have been enough staff on duty that night to handle such situations efficiently.
